How long will it take for my item to ship?

In stock items will ship 1-3 business days after the order is processed.

How do you ship items?

We ship within the US using USPS priority mail.  We ship internationally using USPS First Class International mail.

Can I return an item I bought online in the store?

Yes, you may return items purchased online at our retail location, provided that they are within the return period, are in unworn condition, and have all of the original packaging.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping both at our retail store and online.

Can I use my Versant store gift card online? Can I use my versantjewelry.com digital gift card in the store?

At this time, Versant physical gift cards purchased at the store may only be used at our retail store. Our versantjewelry.com digital gift cards can be used at either our eStore or our retail location.

I see designers in your store/on your designer page that are not for sale in your eStore.  Why is this?

Some of our larger designers, such as Pandora and Alex and Ani, have exclusive relationships for their online business.  These designers will only be available through our brick and mortar location.

When will I receive my backordered item?

While we do our best to restock backordered items as quickly as possible, some circumstances beyond our control, such as vendor availability, may delay the restocking of items.  We will send an email with an estimated ship date after your purchase of a backordered item, and will update you when the item ships or if this window changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

At our retail store we accept cash, check with valid ID, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.  On our eStore we accept PayPal and all major credit cards through Stripe, including ApplePay.

Do you do repair work on jewelry?

We will accept repairs for fine jewelry at our retail location in Bethlehem.  These repairs will be completed by the jewelers at our parent company, also located in Bethlehem.

How do I best care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, the following are important:

  • Give your jewelry some time off.  It should be the last thing you put on when you are getting dressed and the first thing you take off.  Do not sleep or shower in your jewelry.
  • Do not expose your jewelry to harsh environments.  This includes chemicals, such as hand sanitizer, excessive humidity or sweating, salt water, and especially pools and hot tubs.  Jewelry with stones should be taken off before applying lotion to keep your stones sparkling, as lotion will get caught inside the setting and dull your shine.
  • Store your jewelry properly.  An anti-tarnish pouch or jewelry box is a great tool for fantastic looking jewelry.  If you have silver pieces that you are not going to wear for some time, storing them in a resealable plastic bag will help prevent tarnishing as tarnish is exacerbated by exposure to air and moisture.
