Return & Warranty Policy

Refund & Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the item for another or return it for a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment as the original purchase.  All returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

Items that are listed as final sale may not be exchanged or returned.  Custom designs, special orders, estate jewelry, or altered goods are not returnable or exchangeable.  Goods that are damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please contact us prior to sending any returns or exchanges.  We recommend using insured, trackable delivery when sending merchandise back to us.  We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.  We will not accept CODs.  Our local customers may return their purchase in-store with a copy of their receipt.

Warranty

Most items are covered by a one year manufacturer’s defect warranty.  Manufacturer’s defects exclude normal wear and tear, oxidation or tarnish of metal, and misuse of jewelry including but not limited to wearing jewelry while sleeping, swimming or bathing, exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals such as lotions, cleaning agents, or hand sanitizer.

Our jeweler carefully checks all estate jewelry before it is set for sale.  However, due to the preowned nature of estate jewelry, these items are sold as-is and do not include a warranty.
